Yabu Distillery, operated by With One Inc., is a Japanese whisky distillery in Yabu, Hyogo Prefecture, surrounded by mountains and known for heavy snowfall. The company makes Japanese whisky using a Scotch-style production method combined with its own fermentation yeast and a filtration technique developed with Idemitsu Kosan. The distillery was completed in autumn 2023 and its whisky is marketed as a Japanese single malt aimed at shorter maturation periods.
