La Côte Distillery is a small grain-to-glass distillery in St. Helier, Jersey, that makes its own base alcohol from floor-malted barley rather than buying it in. It produces a small core range of gins and vodka, along with seasonal and experimental spirits, sold in sizes from 5cl tasters to 70cl bottles. The site also offers a tasting room and group or corporate sessions, and it invites wholesalers, bars, restaurants and hotels to get in touch about stocking its products.
