The Consejo Regulador del Tequila, A.C. (CRT) is a non-profit civil organization that brings together actors in the agave-tequila chain, including agave growers, tequila producers, bottlers, distributors and government bodies. It inspects, analyzes and certifies compliance with the Mexican Official Standard for tequila and works to protect the tequila appellation of origin. The site also lists certified tequila brands and companies, and offers certification, laboratory and training services.
