Dunedin Craft Distillers

Dunedin Craft Distillers is a distillery in Dunedin, New Zealand, that makes botanical spirits such as gin, vodka and liqueurs from surplus bakery products that would otherwise go to landfill. The company also runs visitor experiences at its site, including distillery tours and gin blending and distilling workshops. It was founded in 2019 and describes itself as the first distillery in New Zealand to produce spirits this way.
