Hacienda del Abuelo is a winery and pisco producer in the Vítor valley near Arequipa, Peru, founded in 1921. It makes wines and piscos using estate vineyards, native yeasts and clay fermentation vessels called tinajas, and its range includes pisco blends, semi-dry wines and a line of wines fermented in tinajas.
