Distillerie du Goéland

Distillerie du Goéland is a small craft distillery on Saint Pierre and Miquelon that makes gin, rum, vodka, pastis, fruit liqueurs and ready-to-drink cocktails in small batches. Several products use local berries and plants from the boreal region. The company began in 2020 as an urban hydroponic farm and launched its distillery in 2022.
