Destilerija Zavet

Destilerija Zavet is a distillery in Čumić, a village in central Šumadija, Serbia, with production traced back to the 19th century. It makes premium plum brandy, including a plum spirit with a protected geographical indication, Šumadijska šljivovica, made from three plum varieties and double-distilled in copper stills before ageing in Serbian oak casks. The distillery also offers tastings and visits, with food pairings served in its tasting room.
