Pálenica u Tatka / TATOVA

TATOVA is a family-run fruit distillery and farm distillery in the Záhorie region of Slovakia, which opened to growers in 2019 and began producing its own branded spirits under the tatova name in 2021. It makes pure fruit spirits from fresh local fruit grown in Záhorie and neighbouring Southern Moravia, plus a botanical gin made from a wine base sourced from Skalica vineyards. The company also offers distilling services for growers, fruit mash preparation advice, custom distillation and tasting experiences.
