Pálenica u Tatka is a family-run contract distillery in Holíč, in the Záhorie region of Slovakia, which opened to fruit growers in 2019. It distils fruit mashes supplied by customers for a per-litre fee, and since 2020 also sells fruit spirits and gins under the tatova brand, made from local fruit.
