Brown Bear's is a small Slovenian distillery producing a grain-based spirit called Medved from corn, rye and malted barley. The text describes mashing, fermentation, copper pot distillation, oak-cask maturation and bottling without chill filtration. The story traces its origins to the late 1980s, with production preparations running from 2015.
