Wine Analytical Services Laboratory (WASLab)

WASLab is a wine analysis laboratory in the Stellenbosch area of South Africa's Western Cape. It began as a service for the wine producing activities at Spier Wines and later took on clients from other cellars nearby. It provides scientific analysis of wine samples so winemakers can adjust their winemaking and storage.
