    Destil·leria Cerveró is a distillery in Cullera, Spain, that has produced its anise spirit since 1935. It makes Valencian dry anise (cassalla) by hand in a copper still, using orange-wood fuel and an original recipe. Its range includes a cassalla bottling, a gunpowder-style spirit and a cream version, plus a limited special edition.
