Fábrica de Anisados la Violetera

La Violetera is a Spanish distillery in Constantina that makes anise spirits and liqueurs using traditional copper stills heated with holm oak wood. It was founded in 1961 and has operated at its current site on Calle Mentidero since 1995, and it runs guided visits with tastings in a space about the town's historic anise industry. Products are also sold directly through its online shop.
