La Clandestileria (The Mediterranean Craft Distillery)

La Clandestilería is a craft distillery in the La Safor area of Valencia, Spain, producing spirits in small batches in a traditional copper alembic. Its main product is Gin Roders, a London Dry style gin made from 100% grain neutral spirit and Mediterranean botanicals such as orange, lemon, bitter almond and cantueso.
