Summerhall Distillery (Pickering's Gin)

Pickering's Gin is a Scottish gin brand whose spirit is hand-distilled and hand-bottled at its own distillery in Edinburgh. The company says its gin is based on an original Bombay recipe dated 1947, and the distillery occupies a converted former kennels building at Summerhall.
