Abbott & Wallace Distilling is a craft distillery and tasting room in downtown Longmont, Colorado, that also serves cocktails, food, beer, wine and zero-proof drinks. It produces small-batch spirits including straight bourbon and rye, Lusca rum, Alpine Gin, amari and non-alcoholic gin and whiskey. The company was previously known as Longtucky Spirits.
