Wood's High Mountain Distillery is a distillery in Salida, Colorado, operating from a historic downtown building and running a tasting room on site. It makes whiskey, gin, vodka and an elderflower liqueur, using malted grains and potatoes sourced from the nearby San Luis Valley. The spirits are aged at high altitude, and the company uses an antique German pot still from the 1880s.
