Bier Distillery

Bier Distillery is a family-owned craft distillery in Comstock Park, Michigan, that also runs a brewery and a Dutch-style kitchen on site. The company makes its spirits in-house from raw grain to bottle, producing clear spirits such as moonshine, vodka, gin and an unaged rye whiskey, along with beer and wine. It was founded around 2011 as a partnership with a local brewery and has operated under its own name since then.
