Red Caboose Distillery

Red Caboose Distillery is a small distillery in Clifton, Texas, in Bosque County, that uses traditional copper pot stills to distill spirits in small batches. It makes vodka (including jalapeno and cilantro infusions), gin and brandy, distilled from organically grown grapes and garden botanicals, and runs a tasting room at the site. Its spirits are sold through local retail distributors.
