Central Standard Craft Distillery

Central Standard Craft Distillery is a craft distillery in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, that makes its spirits with locally sourced ingredients. The company produces bourbon, vodka, rye whiskey, brandy and a brandy old fashioned, and runs a tasting room and kitchen called the Crafthouse. Its bourbons are aged in new American white oak barrels, with one line re-barreled for an extra year.
