Henry Farms Prairie Spirits

J. Henry & Sons is a family farm in northern Dane County, Wisconsin, that also produces bourbon and rye whiskey. The whiskey is made from heirloom red corn, winter wheat and spooner rye grown on the farm and aged in new charred oak barrels. The business offers farm tours, tastings, cocktails and bottle sales at its tasting room.
