Distillers Cheers Group, the Indian maker of Kadamba single malt, Labrodog Scotch whisky and feni, says its brands won 13 awards at the India Star Awards 2026, and that no other company has won for so many brands in a single year. Kadamba has also been recognised abroad this year: the company lists a gold medal for the Kadamba World Cask Edition, aged in bourbon, sherry and new oak casks, at the 2026 Bartender Spirits Awards, "Single Malt Whiskey of the Year" at the 2026 USA Spirits Ratings in San Francisco, and "Best World Whisky" (Double Gold) at the John Barleycorn Awards.
