Zlaten Rozhen is a boutique winery in the Melnik region of Bulgaria, located near the village of Kapatovo about 20 km south of Sandanski. It operates a full production cycle, including fermentation, ageing, stabilisation and bottling, and grows its own vineyards that include Merlot, Cabernet, Syrah and regional varieties such as Melnik 55. Since 2017 it has expanded its vineyards to add Nebbiolo, Petit Verdot, Sangiovese and Cabernet Franc.
