Læsø Hyldeblomstvin is a sweet dessert wine made from elderflower on the Danish island of Læsø. The elderflowers are picked by hand from the producer's own land, fermented with water, yeast and sugar, then aged in barrels for about a year before bottling at roughly 11.5–12% alcohol.
