Les Caves Molière is a cooperative wine estate formed in 2018 when several cooperative cellars in the Languedoc area joined together. It produces red, white and rosé wines from grapes grown by about 410 member winegrowers across roughly 2,200 hectares. The vineyards are located over the communes of Abeilhan, Pézenas, Roujan, Caux, Pouzolles and Margon.
