Château de Côts is a family-run winery in the Côtes de Bourg appellation of Bordeaux, France, farming about 20 hectares of vineyards between Bayon-sur-Gironde and Gauriac. It is certified organic by Ecocert and biodynamic by Demeter, and produces red wines with native yeast fermentation and limited sulfite use, plus a 100% Malbec rosé. The estate also hosts visits and private tastings by appointment.
