Château Les Graves de Viaud is a family-run vineyard in the Côtes de Bourg area of northern Bordeaux, on the right bank of the Dordogne, farmed organically and biodynamically. The estate also started a vinegar production line in 2025, made from Bordeaux wines, and is planning a range of non-alcoholic fruit juices and a small-fruit orchard.
