Domaine Le Bout du Monde is a wine estate in the Occitanie region of southern France, with vineyards in the Pyrénées-Orientales spread across three communes on granite, schist and gneiss soils. It produces red, rosé and white wines from varieties such as Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Roussanne and Macabeu, made by hand-harvesting and low-temperature carbonic maceration without filtration. The estate was set up after its owner left a cooperative cellar, and it describes its wines as aiming for freshness and fruit.
