Weingut Erich Hirth is a family winery and guesthouse based in Obersulm-Willsbach in the Heilbronn area of Germany, near the Hohenlohe border. The estate farms about 13 hectares of vineyards, roughly 70% red and 30% white grape varieties, and sells its wines directly through its own tasting room. It was founded in 1985/1986 and has been run by the second generation since 2019.
