Weinmanufaktur Kasel is a winegrowers' cooperative founded in 1934 in Kasel in the Ruwer valley, Germany, by a group of local winegrowers to help each other with producing and marketing wine. It is based on Schulstraße in Kasel and currently has 12 members who work their vineyards part-time and voluntarily. The cooperative makes only Riesling wines from steep slopes on Devon slate soils and offers tastings and online ordering via a price list.
