Bellalasta is an organic winery in the Valpolicella Valpantena area of the Verona hills in Italy. It produces Amarone and other wines in micro-batches, made largely by hand, and offers estate tours, cellar visits and guided tastings. The company says it dates its winemaking roots to the early 1800s and is credited with pioneering the Amarone method in the early 1900s.
