Cantina della Serra is a winery founded in 1953 by about a hundred members from Piverone and nearby villages, and it made its first vintage in 1954. It is a cooperative of roughly 230 grape-growing members spread across 18 municipalities in the Serra morainic area, with capacity to receive about 12,000 quintals of grapes. The company presents red wines such as Barbera and Nebbiolo under the Canavese DOC, white wines from Erbaluce, and an on-site shop and tasting events.
