Corte Saibante is a family-run wine estate in San Pietro in Cariano, in the Valpolicella Classica area near Verona, Italy. The business grew out of family vineyards that were previously farmed to sell grapes, and it began making and bottling its own wine in 2012. It produces Valpolicella wines including Amarone, Ripasso, Valpolicella Classico and a rosé, and its vineyards have been in organic conversion since 2019.
