Agricolavinica is an organic winery in the Molise hill country of Italy, founded in 2007 on a plot of land that had lain uncultivated for decades. Alongside its vineyards it grows olives, fruit and vegetables across about 220 hectares, and the wines are sold under their own labels. The estate uses dry farming, without irrigation, and has planted additional woodland and orchards.
