Domaine de Baal is a Lebanese winery on the slopes of Mount Lebanon at about 1200 meters, facing the Bekaa Valley. It makes organic and natural wines from its own vineyards on limestone and clay soils, with low intervention in the cellar. The first vintage was in 2006, and the estate planted vines starting in 1994.
