Stellekaya Wines is a family-run boutique winery on a small estate in the Blaauwklippen Valley on the slopes of the Stellenbosch mountains in South Africa. It makes barrel-matured red wines from classic varieties such as Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec and Sangiovese. Grapes are hand-sorted and fermented in open bins at a dedicated red-wine cellar in Bosman's Crossing.
