About Bodegas El Ternero
Hacienda El Ternero is a wine estate in the high Rioja region, set on about 250 hectares at the foot of the Obarenes mountains. Its historic buildings from the 17th to 19th centuries house the winery, and the site has a long history dating back to the 11th century. The estate grows Tempranillo, Viura, Garnacha and Mazuelo on vineyards at around 650 metres altitude.
