Ca di Cìser is an organic vineyard and winery in the lower Verzasca valley at Mergoscia in Ticino, Switzerland, working about 3 hectares of steep south-facing terraced vines. The estate makes its own wine and juice from its grapes in an on-site cellar and sells directly to private customers. It has not used sprays since 2019 and grows mildew-resistant grape varieties.
