Distillerie Témiscouata is a cooperative-style project that brings together more than forty maple producers in the Bas-Saint-Laurent region of Quebec. It began as a research initiative to grow the market for Quebec maple syrup and now makes maple spirits called Acerums, including unaged, oak-aged and herb- or hay-flavoured eaux-de-vie. The distillery is located in Auclair, Quebec.
