Obstbrennerei Blum-Gabelmann is an organic fruit distillery in the Nordpfalz region of Germany, certified EU-organic and operating on traditional smallholder orchards with many old apple varieties. It produces single-variety and mixed fruit brandies, liqueurs including wild fruits such as medlar and blackthorn, and fruit-based sparkling wines, and it also offers contract distilling and distillery events.
